For us, social sustainability is not just a fashion issue. Our daily actions are geared towards common goals to promote community well-being in the short to long term.

We value the territory

We have been official sponsors of sports training activities on the territory for years: the ASD Felice Scandone in Montella (with the presidency of our General Manager), the Montella Academy, the Rotary of Sant'Angelo dei Lombardi and the Civil Protection.

Projects for the penitentiaries

We proudly carry out work projects in prison institutions to offer training and redemption opportunities to prisoners.

We have members of our team who daily train and coordinate the work activities of prisoners allowing them a path of reintegration.

Pasqualino, Fabio, Mauro, Luigi, Salvatore and many others are the people we have formed with pleasure and to whom we hope to have given an opportunity to spend in the future outside the prison walls.

Environmental sustainability: a constant and growing goal

Among the issues we care about, environmental sustainability plays a primary role. We have organized the entire company plant based on principles of eco-sustainability and trying to minimize waste and harmful emissions.

We have equipped our headquarters with a special recirculation and air purification system to allow our customers and employees to operate in excellent environmental conditions.

Towards a cleaner energy

Thanks to the implementation of a modern photovoltaic system we are able to minimize emissions and consumption. An expansion project to reach a level of complete energy self-sufficiency.

Thanks to sustainable processing methods, we are able to continue a growing production, with efficiency in terms of resources involved and in terms of respect for the environment and for people. This creates added value.

We invest in the territory

One of our main objectives is to strengthen the territory through our commitment; for this reason we try to invest as much as possible in local human resources through employment and investment.
